SPL Realty Partners Expands Its Presence to the East Coast

SPL Realty Partners is pleased to announce that Todd Burton has joined the company as a partner and the newest member of the retail representation team. Todd will be responsible for servicing existing clients on the east coast and expanding the company’s presence nationally.

With more than 17 years of retail leasing and business development experience, Todd has been involved in the growth of dozens of business enterprises; from small sole proprietorships to large international corporations. His transaction experience ranges from airport RFPs to leases in malls, lifestyle centers, outlet centers, high street storefronts and mixed-use properties across the United States.

From 1997 to 2006 Burton worked on the landlord side of the industry, having held leasing and business development positions with Pyramid Management Group, The Rouse Company, Westfield Corporation and The Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust. Todd’s leasing responsibilities ranged from local and super-regional malls to mixed use centers such as: Garden State Plaza, Moorestown Mall, Westfield Connecticut Post, Exton Square Mall, The Shops at Ithaca Mall, Westfield Trumbull, Westfield Meriden and Enfield Square and World Trade Center New York.

Since 2007 Todd has worked on in-house real estate development with national and international brands including: The Children’s Place, Disney Stores, Aerosoles, The Swatch Group (U.S.) and Rainbow Apparel.
